Terms of Service

The Service is provided exclusively to staff, contractors, and authorised representatives of TeeybAds Media Growth Ltd. and its sub-brands (AfroAbode, Quickbuy, Pavedeals, Betabuy, Mall9ja, Fitfamstores, Confam, Mummy's Care, Urban Shop, and Teeybads-core). Public sign-ups, where allowed, are reviewed and approved by HR before activation.

Account sharing is prohibited. Each person must use their own login. Founders, COO, and HR may revoke access at any time.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential. Never share it, even with colleagues.
• Signing out from shared devices.
• Notifying HR immediately at tohexey@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• The accuracy of information you provide (name, contact, bank details, etc.). Inaccurate bank details that delay your payroll are your responsibility to correct.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for anything outside legitimate TeeybAds business.
• Export, screenshot, copy, or share staff or customer data with people outside TeeybAds.
• Tamper with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the Service's security measures or row-level access controls.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any content that violates Nigerian law.
• Falsify attendance, fabricate complaints, manipulate stars/strikes, or otherwise game the system to influence payroll or recognition.
• Issue strikes, awards, or payroll adjustments outside your role's authority.

Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment, and (where applicable) civil or criminal liability under Nigerian law.

The complaints and customer-feedback modules contain personal data of TeeybAds customers (names, phone numbers, locations, voice notes, etc.). When you log, view, or modify these records you are acting as a data processor on behalf of TeeybAds.

You agree to:

• Only access customer records when there is a legitimate work reason.
• Not share customer details outside the system or your assigned communication channels.
• Treat audio recordings and uploaded evidence as strictly confidential.
• Report any suspected data misuse by colleagues to HR.

Payroll figures shown in the Service are computed live from base salary, commission, verified upsells, and Staff-of-the-Month bonuses. They are indicative until HR closes the monthly period. Final payment values rest on the formal payment instruction issued by Founders / COO / HR — not the dashboard total alone.

Strikes are non-monetary status indicators. They do not by themselves reduce pay. They affect colour status (Yellow at 2, Red at 3+) and can support termination decisions.

Stars are recognition and accumulate toward Staff-of-the-Month eligibility. SOTM winners (top 3) each receive ₦25,000 added to that month's payroll, subject to the eligibility rules documented inside the Service.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The dashboard depends on third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) which may experience downtime outside our control. We will not be liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

All code, design, brand marks (TeeybAds wordmark, TA monogram, “We Scale What Works.” tagline), and content of the Service belong to TeeybAds Media Growth Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative products from any part of the Service without written permission.

Your access ends automatically when your employment or engagement with TeeybAds ends. We may suspend or revoke access earlier for:

• Breach of these Terms or any TeeybAds policy.
• Suspected fraud, data misuse, or unauthorised access.
• Any other reason at TeeybAds's sole discretion, with notice via your registered email.

Soft-deleted records remain in our system per the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy and are not user-restorable.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, TeeybAds shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to any single user in any 12-month period shall not exceed the equivalent of one month of that user's base salary as recorded in the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos State.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after we publish material changes counts as acceptance. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be flagged in the dashboard.
